  Center Stage Sound Company takes immense pride in being an integral part of couples’ special days, and this process begins weeks – if not months – prior to their big day. Communication is ongoing via emails, phone calls, and video chats, and Center Stage Sound Company goes over the timeline and all the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and special songs and games. Each couple’s preferences are different, so every aspect of the evening is customized, and these customizations are outlined and verified in a contract with each couple.
  
  The contract we have with each client includes songs they need, would like to have, and would not like to hear at all; however, the wedding day itself brings entirely new details into the mix – occasionally there is a miscommunication regarding what can and cannot be played, and sometimes the couple’s tastes just do not align with those of their guests, which can cause problems. There are many musical preferences that we try to accommodate, but our first priority is to the bride and groom – as outlined in the contract that is finalized well before the big day. This is done so that we do not need to chase down the bride/groom and take her/him away from guests in order to ask endless questions.
  
  The policy of Center Stage Sound Company is to not discuss specifics of an event other than privately with the contract holder/s (since our responsibility is only to them). However, it disheartens us to hear any sort of negative feedback. We sincerely apologize if there was any sort of miscommunication at this event – trust us when we say that making sure the bride, groom, and guests have an enjoyable evening is always our top priority.
