  I Reserved in advance U-Haul on October 8 at 11 am and I did not get what I have promised a 26 foot truck and could not find any other truck for me The lady that helped me said she was trying to get a hold of the people that had the U-Haul that I reserved she was trying to get a hold of them for two hours delayed it did not inform me before hand that they cannot get the truck that I was promised so I have to go to another place and only get a van which for me became more expensive
